Currently all product sold is not refundable. We carefully selected our product before sending out.

Defective and Wrong items

If goods are sent wrongly to you or there’s defective problem, then return or exchange of could be done. Purchaser should report the problem in 2 days after receiving the products and return it within 7 days. Items can only be returned or exchanged in it’s original condition.

For Defective goods, Examination will be done once we received the returned package. Once identified faulty issues that’s cause by us, we will ship the correct orders back to you without extra charge; returned good shipping charges will be bear by us as well. If found there’s no faulty issue caused by us on the order returning and re-delivery charges will be bear buy purchaser.
