STRIPPING POWDER

This is a powder concentrate that mixes with water. User can modify concentration of powder to water to increase strength or it can be diluted with more water for economy.  Works on all emulsions and capillary film.

Formula:  Dilute 50g of Stripping Powder with 5 litre of water.

Application Method

1. Remove all ink from screen, flush screen with water.
2. Spray or wipe solution onto both sides of the screen.
3. Allow 30 – 60 seconds to allow time for chemsitry to soften emulsion.
4. Remove emulsion with high pressure fan spray, rinse thouroughly prior to degreasing
   mesh

Please note that it maybe more difficult to reclaim the mesh is strong hardener has been applied during screen preparation process.
