Two pot type photo emulsion which is blue in color. This emulsion come together with diazo powder and 100ml powder. Diazo powder would need to be mixed with water before adding into emulsion. It could only be used for water based printing paste.
Application Method:
- Mix Diazo Powder with 100ml distilled water in bottle provided.
- Mixed Diazo solution with Photo emulsion PYD10 purple and stir well.
- Let the Mixed Solution sit idle until all air bubbles are gone.
- Apply onto Screen Block with Coating Knife
- Dry the screen
- Expose the stencil in light box with premade design
- Wash out the screen
- Optional - Apply Hardener
- Let Dry - Recommended putting under the sun if possible.
Consume within 1 week prior to mixing with the Diazo Powder. Keep in Cool and Dark room.
