This is a 20gsm Paper made from craft paper , imported from Europe.
Excellent price-quality relationship for all kinds of low/medium ink sublimation process.
This paper is highly recommended as a solution to protect the most productions. It keeps the calender´s belt cleaner for a longer time than most of the existing protective papers in the market (belt lasts longer!)
Our papers are made of 100% cellulose bulb. Once used they can be recycled.

Benefits Summary

Protection Level: Right protection for the calender felt and the sublimated fabrics when ink load is not very high.
Porosity: Less porosity that most of the existing Kraft papers 20 g available in the market. Around 250 ml/min.
Neutral PH: No yellowing. There is no risk to stain the fabric during the sublimation process.
Adaptable: This paper adapts to the felt of the calender avoiding horizontal movements and creases, regardless of the fabric thickness.
High Tensile Strength: Dimension and effectiveness of this paper does not vary because of the temperature. Resists 220 º for 40 seconds.
Storage: It can be stored for a long time, just wrap the roll in plastic if you are not using the whole roll to avoid moisture.
High Profitability and Productivity: Lower weight per roll means more meters per roll. This means that not only the transport cost per kilo will be lower but also reduces the number of machine stops to put another roll of paper.
