- This is a 18gsm Paper made from Extra Refined Cellulose Fibre, imported from Europe.
- This is our lightest paper with the highest protection level! it is one of the best protection paper despite being thinner due to the structure of the paper fibre.
- This paper is highly recommended as a solution to protect the most demanding productions. It keeps the calender´s belt cleaner for a longer time than most of the existing protective papers in the market (belt lasts longer!)
- Our papers are made of 100% cellulose bulb. Once used they can be recycled.
- Available in 1.15M, 1.65M and 1.9M width
Benefits Summary
Protection Level: Excellent protection for the calender felt and the sublimated fabrics when ink load is high.
Porosity:It provides 15 times more protection than a standard common paper, consequently the felt keeps much cleaner for a longer period and the sublimated textile is free of stains.
Adaptable: This paper adapts to the felt of the calender avoiding horizontal movements and creases, regardless of the fabric thickness.
High tensile strength: Dimension and effectiveness of this paper does not vary because of the temperature. Resists 220º for 40 seconds.
Storage: It can be stored for a long time, just wrap the roll in plastic if you are not using the whole roll to avoid moisture.
High profitability and productivity: Lighter paper means more meters per roll. Therefore not only the transport cost per kilo will be lower but will also reduce the number of machine stops to put another roll of paper.
