Our friendly staff will assign your case to the local sales person to make an appointment to visit you for discussion. Alternative you can make an appointment to visit our store at Kepong KL for a discussion.
What payment method is accepted?
For online direct ordering we accept Bank Transfer via online payment portal.
What method of delivery is available?
Our standard delivery methods are courier services for online orders. We use GDEX for Peninsular orders and Citilink for Sabah/Sarawak orders.
For Orders above RM1000 per order we offer a free delivery option via Lorry Transport. This service is currently only limited to Peninsular Malaysia orders only.
If you prefer to use your own transport or courier service please choose “Self Pickup” option, and inform us via email/whatsapp stating your order number the specific transport arrangement you would like to use.
Do you have a cut off time for ordering?
Our cut off time for delivery are 12:00pm for same day pick up by Courier.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Our hardworking staff will pack your orders into safe packages and inform the deliverymen to come and pick up the orders.
Once the orders are pickup we will provide you with the relevant tracking number and depending on your location you should receive the deliveries within 3 business days.
What happens if the package received is damaged?
If you received your package in undesirable condition please contact us within 7 days of receiving the items. We will not entertainment any complaints after the 7 days grace period.
We will open a file to launch an investigation on the complaint and address your concern asap.
